The Lake Travis Tennis Association (LTTA) has proudly lent the leadership and talents of three of its board members—Sara White, Kim Fox, and Natalie Malnor—who played an instrumental role in curating the Foundation Zone at the USTA Texas Summit, held September 26-27, at the Sheraton in Georgetown. After months of preparation, their work culminated in an engaging, immersive experience that showcased the mission of the USTA Texas Tennis Foundation.
All three serve on the USTA Texas Foundation Committee, which works to raise funds and increase awareness of the Foundation’s scholarships, grants, and programs.
An Engaging Experience for Attendees

The Foundation Zone featured LTTA’s traveling tennis court, where participants could test their aim in a “Hit the Target” challenge to win gift cards from Target, as well as goodies from event supporters Tennis Express, and Tennis Warehouse. The Zone also inspired a donation campaign, which rewarded top donors with a designer tote bag generously donated by Le Courte.
Silent Auction Success
A highlight of the weekend was the silent auction, which brought together contributions from across the state and from many generous Lake Travis businesses and supporters, including Trafford Watch Co., 5 Soul Wine Co., Café Blue, Nitro Swimming, and Nexus Signature Communities.
Impact Beyond the Summit
The Foundation Zone raised more than $12,000, with proceeds supporting scholarships, grants, and statewide programming—all in line with the Foundation’s mission of improving lives and communities through tennis. Equally important, the event raised valuable awareness for the Foundation and its role in expanding opportunities for Texas youth.
